These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of Cohlth.com and all related recruiting, matching, screening, and scheduling services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. About Cohlth

Cohlth (“we”, “our”, “the Company”) is an AI-powered healthcare recruiting platform designed for hospitals, clinics, medical groups, and licensed healthcare professionals. Cohlth provides tools for job posting, AI candidate matching, pre-screening, document collection, interview scheduling, and workflow automation.

Cohlth is not an employer, staffing agency, or credentialing authority. Final hiring decisions and verification remain the responsibility of the employer.

3. Eligibility

To use Cohlth, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal authority to enter into this Agreement
• Provide accurate professional or organizational information
• Be a licensed healthcare professional (if applying for clinical roles)
• Not be prohibited from working in healthcare environments

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activity occurring under your account. Cohlth may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose compliance or security risks.

5. Job Seekers & Clinicians

Healthcare professionals agree to:

• Provide accurate information, credentials, and licensing data
• Not misrepresent skills, certifications, or work history
• Respond truthfully during screening and communication
• Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical workplace standards

6. Employers & Recruiters

Employers using Cohlth agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions
• Comply with all employment, labor, and healthcare regulations
• Not post fraudulent, misleading, or unsafe job listings
• Verify candidate credentials, eligibility, and licensing independently

7. Fees & Payments

Some features of Cohlth may require payment, including AI-powered recruiting tools, automated scheduling, and workflow automation. Employers agree to pay all applicable platform fees as listed at the time of purchase.

Clinicians applying for jobs are not charged any fees.

8. AI Tools & Limitations

Cohlth uses AI to assist with candidate matching, screening, ranking, job description enhancement, scheduling optimization, and workflow automation. AI outputs are suggestions and may not be error-free.

Employers are responsible for final hiring decisions, credential verification, and compliance with employment laws.

9. Data Privacy & HIPAA Compliance

Cohlth handles sensitive personal and professional data according to healthcare-grade privacy standards, including HIPAA where applicable.

By using the Platform, you consent to data processing as described in our Privacy Policy. Cohlth does not sell personal data.

10. Prohibited Activities

• Misrepresenting identity, credentials, or licensing
• Posting fraudulent, unsafe, or illegal job listings
• Scraping or harvesting clinician data
• Attempting to bypass Cohlth hiring workflows
• Uploading harmful or malicious content

11. Termination

Cohlth may terminate or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, compromise safety, or misuse the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

Cohlth is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, hiring outcomes, credentialing errors, or issues arising from employer or candidate actions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
